Terms of Service

These Terms govern your engagement with Moderis Atelier, a fashion design studio specialising in clothing sketches, collection development, and brand concept creation.

Services

Clothing Sketches — Original technical and artistic fashion illustrations tailored to your vision.
Collection Development — End-to-end design of cohesive seasonal or thematic collections.
Brand Concepts — Visual identity, aesthetic direction, and creative strategy for fashion brands.

Project Agreements

All projects begin with a signed brief and deposit (typically 50%). Timelines, deliverables, and revision rounds are agreed upon in writing before work commences.

Intellectual Property

All designs remain the property of Moderis Atelier until full payment is received. Upon final payment, the client receives full commercial rights to the agreed deliverables.

Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions are billed at our standard hourly rate.

Confidentiality

We treat all client briefs, concepts, and business information as strictly confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Moderis Atelier is not liable for production outcomes, manufacturing defects, or third-party supplier issues beyond our design scope.

Refund Policy

Moderis Atelier provides bespoke creative services. Due to the custom nature of fashion design work, our refund policy reflects the time and expertise invested at each project stage.

Deposits

The initial deposit (50% of project value) is non-refundable once the creative process has begun, as it covers research, concept development, and initial sketches.

Partial Refunds

If a project is cancelled before the first deliverable is shared, a partial refund of up to 30% of the deposit may be issued at our discretion.
If a project is cancelled mid-way, payment is due for all completed work stages.

Completed Projects

No refunds are issued for completed and delivered design work — including finalised sketches, collection lookbooks, and brand concept packages.

Disputes & Revisions

If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, we encourage you to request a revision within the agreed revision rounds. We are committed to achieving a result that meets your creative vision.

Exceptions

In cases of significant project failure on our part, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss.
